Who We Are

It all started in 2011 with two little Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats...Napoleon Dynamite and Pedro.  I fell in love and then came does and then the baby goats.  I had more milk than I could use and decided to make some soap just for personal use.  It turned out good and family asked for it and then other people tried it.  One thing led to another and Mountain Mama Handmade Soap was born.

 I ended up moving off the farm in 2017 and sadly had to say goodbye to my sweet goats.  I almost gave up soaping and one of my customers contacted me and asked me to make them some soap.  I am so thankful for that call.  So thankful that I didn't give up.

I now buy my goat's milk but one day I hope to have my own little micro farm and have sweet goats again along with chickens and a garden.

I use quality ingredients and make each batch one at a time in a crockpot.  Thank you for stopping by and have a Blessed day!
